This week we're joined by Elm Street Radio head honcho and producer of the upcoming documentary FREDHEADS Diandra Lazor as well as horror journalist Michelle Eggen. In the years since its release (and commercial underperformance) Wes Craven's New Nightmare has become a critical and fan favorite for the series. Mike maintains he's been underwhelmed by it, but it's three on one this week, and maybe, just maybe he has a new appreciation for it. We talk Craven wrestling with his legacy, how the film make Freddy scary again, the difficult task for Heather in playing a heightened version of herself and how our own personal experience and memories with movies colors our long term perception of them. This was a fun conversation and (we think) a terrific episode.
